The Pulte Institute and the Kellogg Institute for International Studies received a grant from AVSI-USA and the Ugandan-based Permanent Centre for Education (PCE) to provide monitoring and evaluation of educational services offered by PCE in East Africa. The project focused specifically on the delivery of courses and seminars that help teachers, head teachers, social workers, medical staff, and other professionals better understand their educational role and how they interact with children, starting from a deep comprehension of the inborn, infinite value of each and every human being.
