Daniel Oliver

Evidence Building Technical Director, Catholic Relief Services

Daniel Oliver has worked in the research and evaluation of social interventions for more than 20 years, in both academic and practitioner settings and developed and developing countries. At CRS, Dan is responsible for numerous research and evaluation activities that increase the generation and use of evidence to inform strategic child protection and care and treatment programming for children affected by HIV and other adversities. Dan received his Ph.D. from and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Ohio State University.
