South Sudan Humanitarian Assistance Evaluation
The LASER PULSE consortium has engaged the Pulte Institute to conduct an impact evaluation of USAID's humanitarian assistance activity in South Sudan. Pulte Institute staff will be designing and implementing the two-stage, multi-year impact evaluation, including a baseline study in 2021 and an endline study in 2023.
To conduct this evaluation, the Pulte Institute is partnering with the Resilient Africa Network (RAN) and the Gender Equity Women’s Leadership Program (GEWLP). This work is expected to inform USAID strategy on effectively designing and implementing multi-year emergency activities in South Sudan.
