Institute Manager

Cassidy O’Block serves as the Institute Manager at the Pulte Institute for Global Development, where she oversees administrative operations to advance the Institute’s mission. Her responsibilities include providing executive-level support to leadership, overseeing the postdoctoral and predoctoral research program, managing the student workers, and coordinating major event logistics. Beyond her primary role, she actively contributes to the community as a member of the Junior League of South Bend, co-chair of the ThriveND Engagement Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors for the LifeTime Treatment Center.

Before joining the Pulte Institute, O’Block was a Business Coordinator at the Notre Dame Turbomachinery Laboratory (NDTL), where she managed major equipment acquisitions, coordinated employee travel, and supervised the summer internship program.

O’Block holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and an Executive Master of Nonprofit Administration (EMNA) from the University of Notre Dame.
