Tim Will

External Engagement Program Director

Tim Will serves as the External Engagement Program Director for the Pulte Institute for Global Development. In this role, he oversees three work streams within the Pulte Institute: policy impact, communications, and event planning with the overarching goal of positively impacting policy and practice worldwide.

Prior to joining the Pulte team, Tim spent over a decade working within Notre Dame's Institute for Educational Initiatives in various capacities to advance the futures of children and schools across the United States and around the world.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University.

He and his wife, Lindsay, have six children, James, June, Jonathan, JT, Jack, and Josie.
