Kevin Mann

Policy Impact Specialist

Kevin Mann is a Policy Impact Specialist at the Pulte Institute for Global Development. In this role, he utilizes his experience as a teacher for many years around the globe (in South Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer, in Japan with the JET Programme, and in Camden, NJ, with the Uncommon Schools charter network) and his work as a graduate student at Notre Dame's Keough School of Global Affairs. This background contributes to a strong understanding of international education trends and the quantitative/qualitative theory underpinning effective educational interventions in the development sector. Internationally, Kevin also previously served as a staff writer and editor for T’N’T Magazine in the United Kingdom and worked on emerging market documentaries in Myanmar.
 
At Pulte, Kevin collaborates with researchers, practitioners, and project managers to expand the impact of their work. He works extensively on projects under the USAID-Notre Dame SHARE (Supporting Holistic & Actionable Results in Education) partnership.
 
Kevin earned his BA in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2014, and his Masters of Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame in 2023. He can be reached at kmann2@nd.edu
