Alan Medina Hernández

i-Lab Program Manager

Alan Medina Hernandez is the Integration Lab (i-Lab) Program Manager of the Keough School of Global Affairs of the University of Notre Dame and the Pulte Institute for Global Development. Currently, he coordinates 20 graduate students in the implementation of five international development projects with the Department of State, Center for Strategic International Studies, United Methodist Church, Catholic Relief Services, and the National League of Cities. 

He has over five years of work experience implementing programs and projects for the United Nations, the Mexican Government, the U.S. Embassy, and Startups. The areas of his previous works include a wide range of subjects: tech, education, entrepreneurship, energy, governance, management, policy, systems, and international development. 

He has a Master in International Development Policy from Duke University with a concentration on Innovation and Entrepreneurship and holds a double bachelor's in International Business Administration from Montpellier Business School in France and Industrial Engineering from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico. He is a certified project manager in PMP and PMDPRO by PMI and PM4NGO.
