Every semester the Pulte Institute for Global Development and the McKenna Center for Human Development and Global Business will host engaging Social Entrepreneurs and professionals that tackle the world’s biggest problems.

All students are welcome! Social Entrepreneurship coursework and experiences help prepare students for a variety of career paths. Come to the event to also learn about the Social Entrepreneurship opportunities at Notre Dame such as our Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SEI) Minor, SE internships, and the South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program.

At this event we’ll speak with INVANTI to learn about their unique position and perspective of sustained change and market disrupters for social good. INVANTI is a new way of thinking about idea generation and entrepreneurship. The founders, Maria Gibbs and Dustin Mix, orchestrate several cohorts a year of the brightest minds to research, empathize, and test ideas to solve community and global problems. During the past year, they have pivoted much of their studio support to an online format, which has only propelled their reach. INVANTI assists entrepreneurs succeed through an Initiators Guild. INVANTI tackles one community or global challenge at a time and the successful members can work to receive the Beta City Fund to propel their vision into reality.

Please note: Our future events are likely to be held in-person, but the Spring 2021 semester event will be held virtually via Zoom. For security reasons, only attendees with ND email addresses will be permitted to join the Zoom meeting.
