Bruno Felipe Domingues Correa is the founder of Bruno's School of English, a tutoring company that offers low-cost English lessons to students. In addition to teaching English, the school also supports students in developing their resumes and preparing for job interviews. Correa also works in human resources at Apex Tool Group and has previously worked at NossaCred. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Sorocaba.

Eva Herbert is the founder and CEO of Beauty Value, an organization committed to providing women with greater self-acceptance to counteract bullying, eating disorders, and gender-based violence. She is a published author, television host, and public speaker. Herbert is also a youth advocate in sexual and reproductive health for the Civil Association of Family Planning. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in women's studies, both from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Erik Huamanchumo is the co-founder of Acritel, a company that produces custom-made acrylic displays to create more jobs in the community and serve as an alternative to large companies. He also works as an English and social leadership teacher at Certus. Huamanchumo holds a bachelor's degree in languages from San Marcos University.

Kiddist McCoy is the co-founder of Good Deeds Foundation Jamaica, which addresses the high level of youth unemployment in Jamaica by hosting empowerment sessions and career expos for youth. McCoy currently works in customer service for Digicel Jamaica Limited and is a member of several community associations. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in program and project management from the International University of the Caribbean.

Kawish Misier is the co-founder and treasurer of the Young Entrepreneurs Stichting of Aruba (YES Aruba), a non-profit NGO aimed at inspiring and encouraging the sustainable growth of new small businesses and entrepreneurs in Aruba. Misier has several years of experience as an entrepreneur, including starting his own website hosting platform, Aruba Gateway, and eco-friendly cleaning supply manufacturer, Eco Power Cleaning. Misier holds two bachelor's degrees, one in accounting and finance and the other in marketing, and a master's degree in international business, all from the University of Aruba.

Damaris Ortiz Rodriguez is the founder of Abba's House, a company that sells handcrafted coffee, tea, and products made out of amaranth. The mission of Abba's House is to expand the knowledge and delights of Mexican culture around the globe. Rodriguez previously started another venture called Nectar, worked at Distribuidora el Florido, and conducted mission outreach work in several countries. She holds a bachelor's degree in international business from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
Freddy Poma

Freddy Poma is the founder and CEO of Buena Fuente, an organization dedicated to helping university students develop journalistic skills. Buena Fuente publishes a national newspaper and a cultural magazine and is in the process of creating more news outlet products. Poma has previously worked as a reporter for Erbol, the largest radio station in Bolivia. He holds a bachelor's degree in social communication from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés.

Jennifer Reimert is the co-founder of Melisfera SAS, a natural honey and hive product provider, with an emphasis on environmental and social sustainability. Melisfera SAS markets honey as an everyday product to encourage the development of local producers and the conservation of bees. Reimert previously completed two internships with Distel Rechtsanwälte, a law firm specializing in civil and penal law. She holds a bachelor's degree in international law from Humboldt Universität Berlin.

Susana Soriano is the founder of Business Consulting Services, where leaders of micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) learn how to develop their companies. In Soriano's current position as a business consultant for FUNDES El Salvador, she has assisted the development of MSMEs in Latin America. Soriano holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas.
