Megan McDermott joins the Pulte Institute with a background in global community and organizational development. She brings an anthropological and systems-based perspective to her work with a focus on evaluation, applied research, and continued learning. She has skills and experience in primary and secondary research – including both qualitative and quantitative analysis – facilitation and training, and program management across a range of sectors from education, child protection, and democracy and governance, to market systems, agriculture and WASH. Ms. McDermott has field experience in Latin America, East and West Africa, and Southeast Asia. She holds a Master’s in Anthropology and Development Management from the London School of Economics.
