Research Program Coordinator
Kevin Hans Waitkuweit is a research program coordinator with the Pulte Institute for Global Development. His research interests include healthcare systems, patient identity formation processes, and the impact of medical phenomena on society.
Prior to joining the Pulte Institute, Waitkuweit was a graduate student and teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology at the University of Notre Dame. His professional experience includes administration of federal grants (VA and NIH) for the Pancreatic Research Group at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Waitkuweit holds a master’s in sociology from the University of Notre Dame, a bachelor’s in history with minors in Chicana/o studies, disability studies, and public affairs from UCLA and two associate degrees from Los Angeles Valley College.
