Caroline Freeman

Research Associate

Caroline Freeman (she/her) is a Research Associate within the Pulte Institute. Caroline graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2021, where she majored in American Studies and minored in Education, Schooling, and Society as well as Public Service. During her time at UND, she engaged in research addressing gaps in early childhood services in the St. Joseph County area and worked in several direct instruction roles. Caroline started working on SHARE as a Research Assistant between her graduation from Notre Dame and the beginning of her Master’s program at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, where she studied Education Policy and Analysis. Throughout the program, Caroline pursued coursework and internships surrounding inclusive education and equitable out-of-school programming. In the summer of 2021, she assisted the Ghana T2E buy-in. After completing her M.Ed, she rejoined the Pulte team as a part-time consultant, where she worked across multiple countries for LITES and analyzed workshop participant feedback from SHARE’s ecosystem diagnostic workshops. Going forward she will continue to work on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities, LITES, the Uganda NSSA buy-in, the Ethiopia Education in Crisis and Conflict Diagnostic buy-in, and will become more involved in DELITES as it picks up speed.
