Ray Offenheiser, William J. Pulte Director of the Pulte Institute for Global Development, was recently elected Chair of the Board of BRAC USA.
“I am honored to succeed Lincoln Chen as Chair of BRAC USA,” said Offenheiser. “I understand well the crucial role that US affiliates of international development organizations play, having served as President of Oxfam America for 20 years, and I am pleased to be able to augment my lifelong commitment to sustainable development in this role, as I continue to lead the Pulte Institute for Global Development at Notre Dame.”
